Leaves n´Trees ships directly from Costa Rica .by DHL Express. Our products make a short stop in DHL Express HUB locate in Newark to go through customs and then continue to the final destination by other provider. In US it will be shipped by USPS.

Shipping Deadlines & Schedules
All orders placed will be processed weekly, our product will be shipping on Fridays and arrive in approximately 8 to 12 business days to their destination (see USA map below for detailed transit times based on region). Please note that International shipments may experience customs clearance processes which can delay delivery and are not within Terra Verde’s control.
Signature for Deliveries
Our packages do not require signature for delivery and can be left at your door.
International Deliveries
Leaves ´n Trees coffee and chocolates products can reach 220 countries.
Packages with destinations outside the continental US may be subject to customs fees or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Terra Verde has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be since customs policies vary widely from country to country. These charges are not included in the product price.
Processing and Cancellations
- Orders that are in processing status can still be canceled prior to being shipped. Once shipped, the courier company takes possession of the order and it cannot be canceled.
- For cancellations, please allow one billing cycle in order for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
- Given country of origin laws and regulations, Terra Verde can not receive product returns or make exchanges.
